Training Sessions:

   Cardio Training- Heart Rate Training Zone Coaching. In order for the body to burn calories, you need strong heart and lungs. The more efficient your heart and lungs are, the more oxygen you can consume. The more oxygen you can consume, especially during exercise, the more calories you can burn. Plus, if you are able to recover in between sets or days better, you are able to provide optimal effort. Optimization of effort can only mean higher intensity and that spells FAT BURN!
