Our training focus is on functional and integrated training, working our bodies the way that we use them. This means working large and small muscle groups alike, moving multiple joints through full ranges of motion, and constantly emphasizing stability and body control.

Personal training packages provide you with an initial consultation to review your health history. Initial assessments include video analysis, body fat and circumference measurements. Your program will be developed based on your individual information. From the video we can create a program that helps prevent injury and keeps you safe and healthy while trying to reach your goals.

There are so many fitness choices out there these days. They're confusing, sometimes contradictory, and many just don't pass the smell test: wild claims, hype, phony "before and after" pictures. We start with a fitness assessment that looks at bodyfat percentage, strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, gait, joint stability, daily caloric profile, and nutritional goals. Then we develop a program that's fun, challenging, effective, always fresh and new, and just for you. You'll get cool-looking charts showing the results which you can post on the fridge. You'll get envious looks from friends and enemies. And you'll get to buy new, better-fitting clothes.

Our small group training sessions are a smart and affordable way to achieve the results you want by sharing your session with a small group of 4-6 people. You workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own. Please note, to keep up with the group and workout safe, all classes recommend a minimum of four private one-on-one personal training sessions before you start with a group.
* Adequate cancellation notice is 12 hours to reschedule appointments without charge.
* In order to reserve an appointment, all appointments are prepaid at time of scheduling.
* Fees and payments are non-refundable.
* All sessions are 30-60 minutes depending on the package purchased.
