Many of you have busy lives and the nature of most of us is to take care of everyone else. Somehow in the shuffle of it all, we forget about somebody very important - Ourselves. I'm not talking about forgetting about family and friends, but I do believe that you need to find time to take care of yourself. We can make time for ourselves and it is important to do so. The truth is, if we don't make time now, we may find ourselves not being able to take care of ourselves - let alone others.
Our goal is to create a positive and enjoyable training environment to maximize success for all inMotion clients. We believe that health, fitness and wellness can be a functional part of everyday life. Almost everyone we know wants to feel good about themselves and have fun. When you take care of yourself it shows - everything in life is better when you feel great. We strongly believe in the importance of health and fitness and how it improves quality of life and the life of everyone around us. It's our job to guide you on your journey to a more enjoyable life one step at a time. Invest in yourself........you're worth it!

Originally from southern California, Steve comes from a strong background in engineering and technical management, working in the semiconductor industry. As an avid skier and cyclist, he made a career change five years ago. After volunteering as an intern working with children with Spina Bifida and Cerebral Palsy, and personally experiencing his own rehabilitation from a shattered patella, Steve combined his passion for corrective exercise with strong analytical skills in the pursuit to apply science to fitness.
Steve believes that all forms of movement should be corrective. From his own rehab experience, he learned first hand that lasting gains in fitness are achieved only through a hierarchy of exercise programming: First, take care of joint health; then address your range of motion; and, lastly, consider the elements of strength, power and endurance.

New to Bend, I have completely immersed myself in all that Bend has to offer. I coach Cross Country and work with athletes at Summit High and I am an avid runner myself-qualifying for Boston in my first marathon ever. I also enjoy swimming, hiking, climbing, and pretty much any outdoor activity. In fact, that is why I moved to Bend in the summer of 2009 from Arizona where I graduated from Arizona State University. I strongly believe that one cannot live a “full” life without being physically fit. Fitness is my life and I love to find new ways to encourage and challenge people. Most importantly, I believe that exercise can and should be FUN while also being challenging. Being a coach, I am also a great motivator and work well with people of any age or ability level. I would love to help you reach your fitness goals and have the body you have always wanted!
