Workouts Designed Specifically for you with out the Individual PT rate! This is a great option for those that haven't worked out for awhile and need a little slower pace than classes or need modifications or are coming back or have injuries.

We have 2 great options...
Plan 1- Closed group: You establish your own group of people and secure your time.
Must have at least 3 to start- unless you do a 30 min. session.
Plan 2- Open group: We have specific times to fill small groups- select a time that works for you and Meet some Great New People!
