There are many differences between Yoga Trapezes and Aerial Yoga, and the small details make a huge difference. Aerial Yoga is amazing for someone with a performing arts background. For your average student with little-to-no movement background, it can be intimidating.

Students are often attracted to the Yoga Trapeze for spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly they learn that the functional pulling and grip strength offered compliments a mat-based yoga practice to create a

full-body fitness routine. It is very similar to a TRX with the handles and can be used with or without the sling. Its great for beginners or people with wrist elbow or shoulder injuries as well and helps all abilities with balance postures.
